Consent to personal data processing
I, the user, by clicking the button in the feedback or checkout forms, confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy of Polyus Arena LLC and accept the terms of this Consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent).

The purpose of processing personal data: obtaining summary information about website users for marketing purposes and fulfilling contractual obligations to customers, contractors, and other subjects of personal data.
List of actions with personal data, for which I give my consent, general description of the methods of processing used by the Operator in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data". My consent is given, including, to possible information (advertising) alerts (including the implementation of information mailing, mailing of marketing events, special offers and promotions via SMS and e-mail).
The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation, the contract with the participation of the subject of personal data or the consent of the subject of personal data.

I confirm that by giving such consent, I am acting of my own free will and in my own interests, with the aim of obtaining information about the activities of Polyus Arena LLC and the possible conclusion of transactions with Polyus Arena LLC, or within the framework of existing transactions with Polyus Arena LLC.
This consent is valid until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or during the information retention period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The date of this consent is the date of submitting the callback request form and/or filling out the personal data form and/or subscribing to the newsletter and/or making a reservation.
